Meet Our Program Manager

Richard Antonucci

Program Manager

You can also call him Mr. Rich — an educator, connector, and lifelong learner who believes every child deserves the opportunity to shine.

Richard Antonucci serves as the Program Manager of New Horizon Now, where he leads with vision, collaboration, and a deep commitment to empowering youth and families across Camden County. With a Master's Degree in Education, and years of experience in curriculum development, bilingual education, and student engagement, Richard brings both creativity and structure to every program he leads.

Before joining New Horizon Now, Richard spent several years helping schools and nonprofit teams design learning experiences that bridge the gap between classroom lessons and real-world success. His passion is helping young people connect their dreams to tangible skills — and helping educators and families feel supported along the way.

Known for his approachable leadership style, Richard values open communication, collaboration, and shared growth. He believes that every idea matters and that the best outcomes come from working together.

When he’s not shaping new initiatives or cheering on students, you can find Mr. Rich exploring new ways to make learning exciting — whether through hands-on projects, cultural connections, or community partnerships. His work continues to reflect New Horizon Now’s mission: helping children and families build confidence, resilience, and brighter futures.
